      Nature’s Messages: An Intuitive Exploration

      • If you’ve ever stopped by our shop on a Saturday, you’ve likely met Abby at the counter—her calm presence is hard to miss. But what many don’t know is that Abby Froment brings a remarkable depth of experience to our community.
      • Abby Froment is a Reiki Master and Teacher trained through Women & Infants Hospital, with nearly 25 years of practice. She also spent two years studying with a Native American shaman, gaining insight into their traditions and holistic approach to healing.
      • Now, she’s opening the door for others to explore this work. If you’re curious about connecting more deeply with your body, mind, and spirit—or discovering the messages nature may be offering you—these upcoming classes are a beautiful place to begin.
